Brennen entered the HVAC trade in 2022, attending trade school while working in a Valero Oil Refinery, developing the discipline and mechanical problem-solving skills that define our work today. After earning an HVAC/R certification from Delgado Community College, Brennen gained field experience with a large HVAC company, working on residential and light commercial systems across Southeast Louisiana.

In January 2024, Brennen’s Air Conditioning & Heating was officially registered with the Louisiana Secretary of State. While still employed elsewhere, Brennen began building a strong local customer base through reliable service, honest pricing, and results that last. By July 2024, the business transitioned to full-time operations — starting with a pickup truck and enclosed trailer and growing rapidly through referrals and repeat customers.

Momentum followed. In September 2024, the company invested in its first service van, expanding response capacity across Southeast Louisiana. A local billboard campaign launched in November, and by December 2024, a second service van and first employee were added — clear proof of growing demand for trustworthy HVAC service in the region.

Today, Brennen’s Air Conditioning & Heating provides fast AC repair, professional HVAC installation, heating system service, and preventative maintenance throughout Southeast Louisiana, including the Greater New Orleans area and surrounding communities.
